How can I get the most of out the program?

It’s my joy to offer you Integrate to Live. This program is a significant opportunity for you to create lasting transformation and live a meaningful life. With that said, I will provide the tools, support and inspiration – it’s up to you to clarify what you want to get out of this year, create ways to stay engaged, experiment with the process and the suggestions I offer, choose to make a commitment to yourself and this community, ask for support when you need it, and receive encouragement to get back on track when you find yourself off course.

Here’s the cool part: you can’t fail!! There’s no “right” way to do this and we aren’t going to compare our experiences. There are no winners, but we will be celebrating our wins. I won’t be passing out grades (phew!!), but we will be measuring our successes, both tangible and intangible.

If at any point you feel stuck, reach out. That’s why we’re doing this as a community.

I’m not on Facebook but want access to the Integrate to Live private Facebook group. What do I do?

If you want to be a part of the online community page, but you don’t want to be active on Facebook in general, you can create a private profile.

Here’s what you need to do:

1 – Create a dummy email account, for example: yournameITLprogram@gmail.com

2 – Create a Facebook profile using that email.

3 – Request to join our private Facebook Group.

How can I get my question answered?

Pose your question to the Facebook group. The abundance of awesomeness, wisdom and practical guidance you will find in the community is astounding.

How do I catch up if I’ve fallen behind on the coursework?

Here are some ideas:

1 – Set aside some time one evening this week, or this weekend. Actually schedule it in your calendar. Then, take yourself out to a coffee shop, a nice restaurant or beautiful outdoor patio, by yourself, with your laptop, and go through a few weeks of coursework.

2 – After you are caught up, I encourage you to find a day of the week that you can consistently set aside to do your coursework. For some of you, it may make sense to spend time daily. Put it on your calendar!! Call it personal development and treat it like a mandatory meeting. You signed up for the program to make an investment in yourself. Make this a priority, and you will reap the benefits.
